National Guard

As a response to Los Angeles protests, Gov. Spencer Cox believes President Donald Trump has the constitutional authority to deploy the National Guard, even if he doesn’t like it.

Utah’s congressional delegation also spoke out against the Department of Defense’s legislative proposal to shift members of the Air National Guard to the U.S. Space Force.
